Before booking, prepare a list of questions for the healthcare professionals who will be looking after you. An initial consultation should help you understand the proposed course of treatment, without committing to any specific treatment.

Ask who will be providing the treatment and how you can check their qualifications. Clarify the language to be used during consultations and whether language support is available.

Gather any relevant medical reports, your prescriptions and a list of your allergies. Ask which documents you need to provide and how to obtain your medical reports after your treatment.

Clarify the arrangements for follow-up care after your return, who to contact and any costs that may not be covered by your insurance. Discuss any travel-related constraints with your healthcare professional before finalising your dates.

TebbHelp allows you to describe your needs and request assistance in planning your journey. This service is not a substitute for a medical consultation.
