Draft version 0.2 — 18 September 2026 — information to be completed.
Who processes your data?
TebbHelp LLC — 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. [Status of the data controller to be confirmed.] Proposed contact for data-related enquiries: contact@tebbhelp.com [confirm that the operator is actually responsible for handling these enquiries].
Information used and objectives
When you are planning your trip in Discovery, the browser saves your requirements or the type of treatment you are seeking, your preferred destination, your indicative budget and your proposed travel dates in the tab. You can find this information in the summary. This feature is not a patient account and does not allow you to continue where you left off on another device.
When you submit a support request, TebbHelp records your name, email address, telephone number, any message you may have included, the language used and a summary of your project in order to receive the request and get back to you. Identifiers, dates and technical statuses are also stored to manage enquiries, prevent duplication and track the delivery of notifications.
Your enquiry, a specific treatment request or a free-form message may reveal information about your health. Please limit your description to what is necessary for your enquiry and do not send any identity documents or medical records via this form. [Specify the legal bases applicable to each purpose and, where required, the condition authorising the processing of health data. Ensure that the form, the collection of any consent and the evidence of such consent are consistent with these choices.]
The website also stores your country and currency preferences in your browser and uses a language cookie. The hosting providers may process technical connection data in order to deliver and protect the service. [Complete the description and duration of the logs based on the contractual arrangements.]
Who receives this information?
The request is recorded in the database used by TebbHelp, and a notification containing the contact details and the project is sent to the request-processing messaging system. The identified technical service providers are Vercel for the website/API, Neon for the database, and OVH for the messaging system specified by the operator. [Check the actual SMTP service provider, the contracting entities, authorised access rights and other service providers before publication. Outlook is the declared email client; this is not sufficient to establish a Microsoft 365 contract.]
The workflows currently implemented do not automatically forward the file to a clinic. [Describe any manual sharing carried out by the operator, including the recipients and the conditions under which this takes place; the code does not allow for the verification of practices outside the platform.]
Where are they processed?
The service is aimed at international patients. [Identify the actual locations where each service provider stores and processes data, the countries from which the operator provides access, the relevant data transfers and the safeguards required depending on the markets served.] The fact that a company is incorporated in the US does not, in itself, indicate where all the information is stored.
How long are they kept for?
Discovery drafts use the tab’s session storage. Depending on the browser and its restore functions, they may remain when a session is resumed. Deleting the project removes the Discovery drafts stored by the application.
Country and currency preferences remain stored locally until they are deleted or overwritten. [Set and implement a time limit if necessary.]
Retention policy adopted: six months from the date of the last communication with the individual for enquiries that are not pursued further. [Specify any exceptions and the handling of copies: emails, backups and logs. Define the retention period for active enquiries separately. Automatic deletion upon expiry of this period still needs to be implemented and verified before it can be presented as effective.]
Your data requests
You can write to contact@tebbhelp.com to ask a question or request that information about you be checked, corrected or deleted. [Specify the applicable rights, their limitations, the response time, proportionate identity verification procedures and the competent appeal authority.] Please do not attach a copy of your ID to your first message without being asked.
